William “Cuatro” Patterson has excelled as a Kerrville veterinarian since he joined Town and Country Animal Hospital in 1994. He became a partner in 1996, then purchased the practice in 2001. He is now on the Board of Directors of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and was named General Practitioner of the Year for the State of Texas in 2013.

Albert “Pat” Pattillo opened a law practice in Kerrville in 1995, then formed the law firm of Pattillo, Richards & Harpold in 2000. Mr. Pattillo is a member of the State Bar of Texas, is licensed to practice law at district, state, and national levels, and has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Houston and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Texas.

David Wampler was an Investment Executive with RBC Dain Rauscher in Kerrville from 1996 to 2003 and served on the Kerrville City Council. He then left to start his own Kerrville business, Heritage Investment Management, which provides investment management and advisory services.

Charles “Charley” Whelan is a lifelong resident of Kerrville. His family started Whelan Plumbing Company in 1941, and he was third generation owner and operator of the business from 1979 until he sold it in 2008. He now owns and operates several commercial and ranch real-estate companies in Kerrville and the Hill Country.

Gary Roberts, Sr. has worked as a senior lender, Chief Credit Officer, President, and CEO of a National Bank, and has served as an Officer and Director with several other national banks. His diverse business career has involved ranching, mortgage lending, real estate brokerage and development, and ownership of multiple Whataburger locations.

Tony Roberts owns and operates Tony Roberts Custom Homes and is a real estate investor in Kerrville and Fredericksburg. He has worked as an internal auditor with Banc One Corporation, managed a mortgage brokerage business and an oil and gas pipeline supply company, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Heritage School in Fredericksburg.

Chad Stary’s 30 years of banking experience include serving as Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer of Kleberg Bank and the Guadalupe Valley Regional President for Prosperity Bank. He has held management, lending, credit, and administration roles with other banks, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Former Texas Ranger Foundation and as a board member of Hill Country Cares. He joined Guadalupe National Bank in 2014.
